How do I reedem my free gift voucher?


Gift Vouchers have been designed to utilize the excess unused inventory that all our properties have. These are usually given free to prospective clients who take time out of their busy schedule to learn about Country Club so that they can experience the product and buy it at a later time.
The inventory shown on the gift voucher is not the same as a member's week so if you are a member with a voucher the date and location options that you would get with your member week will be a lot more than the voucher. The best way to get the most of the voucher is to book in advance. The booking of the week is fully online and we do not provide customer support for the same.
The voucher is subject to the terms and conditions that are printed on the voucher.  The voucher is non transferable and is only for families.The resort will not accept any non families.
As of June 2012 the voucher has 3 booking fee (A) One week - INR 4000 (B)  2 or 3 nights weekends - INR 2500 (c) @ or 3 nights weekdays - INR 2200

What is the Annual Maintainence Charges (AMC) and why do I pay it?

Your Annual Maintainence Charges (AMC) is used to maintain the club/resorts and all its aminities in pristine condition.
One has to pay the AMC every year in order to avail all the facility provided by Country Club.

Can couples or families sign up together with one registration?

No, We ask you to sign up individually. Of course you can use the club together. But signing up seperately gives you the opportunity to specify different interests and it is crucial for the feedback mechanism within the club.

Can we split our holidays?

Yes you can split your holidays as per your convienience.
For example if a member is eligible for 6 Nights/ 7Days holiday per year, member can split the holidays for 2 Nights/ 3 Days each.

If I move abroad, how do I continue to avail to this service?

Even if you move abroad we will continue to service your membership. An Annual International Service Fee is applicable.

How early should I make my holiday booking?

You can make your reservations from as early as 6months to as late as1day before your holiday, depending on the type of your membership.
Note: The earlier you book, the better your chances of getting dates and destination of your choice. Please plan well in advance for holidaying during peak seasons like Diwali, New year etc.

What information should I keep handy while making my holiday booking?

The following are essential when making your bookings:
  • Your membership number (if mailing in your requirements)
  • Number of people going on holiday (Number of adults and children)
  • Name of resort and destination
  • Check in and check out dates
  • Season Classification chart (if mailing uin your requirements)
Note: If mailing in your requirements giving us a prioritized list if destination and dates of your holidays, will ensure faster confirmation.

I have swiped my card but till date EMI is not converted' What is the procedure to convert it into EMI?


Most terminals at our offices starting April 2012 have the feature of converting a payment into an EMI at the time of transaction for major banks. So if you have the limit in your card the transaction can be converted immediately.
If you have exhausted your limit in the card and if your bank isn't willing to lend you more credit you might have to pay your bill before your payment will convert to an EMI. This will not be known at the time of sale and the only way out is to update your previous payments.

If you have transacted before April 2012 where the process was done at the back end you would need to contact us with the transaction details so we can take it up with the banks. The best way to contact us is to raise a query/complaint from your online login. Once you log in the button in on the top right hand column.

If I don't avail the holidays for a particular year, Can those holidays be forwarded to next year.

Yes it can be forwarded, but only for next 3 years. After that it will get expired.

In how many days I will receive my Welcome kit?


A welcome kit is a smartly designed kit which holds your membership cards, the agreement form and a few details of the club. It also has a copy of your login details like the one you would have already seen on the receipt.
The welcome kit is send only after we verify all information including the KYC documents. It usually takes 7 to 15 working days once all the documentation is received.  We usually use the best courier companies which give us instant POD numbers to do the job. We are currently using Blue Dart for the city transaction and the postal department in areas where BlueDart doesn't have reach. All undelivered couriors come back to our office or are sometimes sent to the local offices.
So if you dont get your welcome kit in 15 working days they you should let us know. The easiest way is to login and raise a query/complaint.
Some key reasons why the welcome kit and card doesnt reach the memeber on time.
1) Full payment not received, we do not send Club cards unless we receive he complete payment.
2) Address incorrect
3) KYC documents pending

Note: You an still book holidays online without a permanent card provided you carry the online booking voucher. If you need to visit the club please carry a copy of the receipt which also acts as a temporary card.

What are the difference between red\blue\white season?

Red/blue/white are levels of membership cards with red being the priority then white and then blue. The availability  are as follows:
Red- Always available
White- Has to book 30-45 days before
Blue- Has to book before 2 months.

How to add my child or parents details in my profile?

What are the documents required to become a Country Club member?

The documents required are:
.  Copy of Identity proof
.  Copy of address proof
.  DOB of children

Can I gift my holidays to my friends or relatives?

Yes you can gift your holidays, but only once to specified member of your family or any person of your choice by paying the applicable transfer fee.

My plot registration is pending, What is the further escalation?

Country club would register your plot only on full payment of the membership fee and completion of legal requirements.

Country club  will do its utmost and not be responsible for any further changes in the Government policy regarding land acquisition, allotment of complimentary plots etc. Further the original dimensions and layout plans are subject to be changed from time to time as offered.

How to get my membership refund?



As per Country Club India's policy membership fee is not refundable under any circumstances and membership fee is not a deposit.  This applies even to part payments.
